Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Lune & Leaf. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, here’s how our refund & return process works:
1. Return & Refund Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

After 30 days, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund, exchange, or store credit (unless the item is defective).

In special cases (e.g. seasonal items), we may choose a shorter or longer window; we’ll clearly state that on those product pages.
2. Eligibility & Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return or refund:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition you received it.

It should be in the original packaging (boxes, tags, accessories, manuals, etc.).

You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, invoice).

Some items are non-returnable / final sale, such as:
• Gift cards
• Items marked “final sale”
• Customized or personalized products
• Items that are sealed for hygiene (if opened)
If the returned item fails inspection (i.e. shows signs of use, missing parts, damage not from shipping), we reserve the right to deny the refund or issue a partial refund.
3. How to Initiate a Return

• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Photos (if damage or defect) -
We’ll review and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

You’ll ship the item back to our returns address (we’ll provide this).

After we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you via email of the decision (approved or rejected).
4. Return Shipping & Costs

For returns due to defects, damage, or wrong items, we will cover the return shipping cost (prepaid label or reimbursement).

For returns for other reasons (change of mind, size/color not liked, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

You may wish to insure the return shipment; we are not liable if the package is lost in transit (unless insured).

Original shipping charges (for your purchase) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5–10 business days.

If your payment method cannot be credited (e.g. expired card), we may issue store credit instead.

In some cases, a restocking fee (e.g. 10–20%) may be deducted from your refund (for items returned with minor damage or missing parts). We will clearly disclose any restocking fees before approval.
6. Exchanges & Store Credit

If you want a different size, color, or replacement, we may offer an exchange (subject to stock).

If the same item is not available, or you prefer, we may issue store credit for the value of your purchase (valid for [e.g. 1 year]).

Exchanges may require you to pay (or we cover) additional shipping, depending on circumstances.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.

We will arrange replacement or a full refund (including shipping).

Don’t return the item until we provide you return instructions to avoid delays.
8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank / PayPal account.

Then contact your credit card provider: it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

9. Cancellations Before Shipping

You may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once the order has shipped, you’d need to follow the return process above.
10. Policy Changes & Exceptions

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date.

For bulk orders, wholesale purchases, or special promotions, additional or different return terms may apply (we will specify these in the order confirmation).
