⏱️ Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment verification.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

💵 Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping may be offered on promotional events or when you reach a specific order value (as displayed at checkout).

  • Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.


🧾 Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders (outside the U.S.), your country’s customs office may charge import duties, taxes, or fees.

  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs.


📦 Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the order is shipped.


🚫 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your order seems delayed, contact your local postal office or delivery provider first.

❌ Cancellations or Address Changes

  • Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Once shipped, we can no longer modify the address or cancel the order. Please double-check your details before confirming checkout.
